Monthly Weight Loss Pictures: No Visual Fat Loss

It’s that time of the month where I take some snapshots of my fat body and post them for your viewing displeasure. Well, I took the pictures and after looking at them decided that there was no point in posting them since there wasn’t any significant physical visual change from last month. I know, I know, I should just post them anyway, but after examining them it’s pointless. I have them saved for the time when I can post all of my progress photos in one line leading up to a better looking body. For now they stay unpublished.

I was really hoping that I would see more of a change from last month, but I guess it wasn’t possible. The only difference I noticed was on my left side fat bulge. The fat roll on that side is subsiding a bit, not much, but it’s noticeable. Besides that there wasn’t much else besides my stretch marks appearing redder.

It’s discouraging to not have seen any big changes, especially since I felt them. Last month was a great month for me. I lost weight and felt changes that I hadn’t felt or seen in years. Not having had any visual fat loss ruined my day. I am hoping it won’t ruin my week.

Yeah, same thing has happened to me for the past couple of weeks, pretty discouraging. Have you plateaued?

Go ahead and post them! I didn’t think you could notice anything on mine either until a few people pointed it out and then when I looked closer I could see they were right.

But, even if you don’t, you know you feel better, your pants are looser, whatever. So you going in the right directions.

Keep up the good fight my friend.

Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it aint happening.

  6. I know that it’s discouraging not to see the result that we have worked hard to achieve for but you will eventually get there. I think you should go ahead and publish it even though there’s no significant change. It can help reminding that you haven’t gotten there yet and need to stay motivated. And weight loss is not a straight downward curve in my opinion, there will be time where everything seems unchanged or go against you, it’s perfectly normal :). Don’t give up!

Nice one. Personally, I think that feeling changes is the most important part. Everything else will follow in good time.

    Nothing to get down about.
