Tipping the Scales: 1.4 lbs. Lost this Week

305 Lbs, lost 1 lb last weekAfter the disastrous day that I had early last week I was sure that I wouldn’t lose any weight. But I managed to do it. I got back on track and stuck to my routine for the week. I was able to drop 1.4 lbs, which considering the fast food pizza I ate, is great! It was business as usual as I ran, rode bike, and trained like a machine. The intensity with which I approached things this past week is the intensity level that I want to continue to have from this point forward.

I was thinking that eating that fast food fueled me in more ways than one. Since I ate all that crap I wanted to get back on track with a vengeance. That led me into working twice as hard and testing myself more. The last couple of weeks have been breakthrough weeks for me. I started noticing changes with my body, I started noticing changes with my training, and I started noticing changes with my inner warrior.

I plan on building off of the progress I have been having and not letting up one bit. I feel like I am healthy inside, but now I need to match the outside. I am close to my goals of being healthy and that’s what this whole thing is about.
