Week Six, and I Am Loving Each Dish on BistroMD
Good day fellow fat loss warriors! It’s me again Frank C. I am still fighting hard in this war, and I will continue to do so until the very last minute. I am very excited to see so much progress in such little time. BistroMD has supplied me with my weaponry, and each day I am surprised by the different weapons they supply me with.
They have an awesome Broccoli & Beef Dinner, a delicious Coriander Grilled Chicken, a Shrimp Gumbo that is to die for and for dessert the delightful low fat Chocolate Chessecake. Wait I can’t forget the Spinach Mushroom Crepe, the Wild Salmon. Oh, and of course, one of my all-time favorite breakfast meals, the Stuffed French Toast. The list goes on and on.
Because I have such a variety in my meals, it makes this journey all the more enjoyable. I don’t get bored with the same old routine. Every day I am surprised at the new meal I have to eat. Honestly, I am still trying to find one that is displeasing, or even one that tastes weird. People, I’ve got to tell you the truth. I still have not found one.
I have to end this update for now because there is a war going on outside and my team is counting on me. Thank God we have suffered no casualties, but keep us in your prayers because the deeper we get into the battle, the harder it gets. I will continue keeping you all up-to-date on our status, and I guarantee victory at the end of this mission. Thank you for believing in the mission of Fat Man Unleashed and BistroMD. We won’t let you down.

I know the diet is going well, but curious what your workout routine looks like. Maybe a future post?
I can say that at least 3 to 4 times a week we’re kicking eachother’s butts.
Kicking each others butts? I would say more like stomping the living crap out of it. But kicking is cool too. lol!
