		<description>Im doing a one hour cardio session each day and lifting weights 3 times per week I train 4 set on each exercise in the 4 - 7 rep range. At first I was lifting in the 10 - 12 rep range, low reps high weight is definately the best way to burn fat I was misinformed that you do high reps to tone up.
