A Weight Loss of 2 Pounds is Not Bad
I would normally be extremely disappointed with a weight loss of only two pounds, but considering the events that have taken place over the last couple of weeks, I am pretty darned happy. I was surprised to see any weight loss at all. I was expecting to see a gain. It’s been a long time since I weighed myself and I have been dreading it. The scale isn’t my friend. EVER!
Today I decided to step onto my nemesis to see where I am for the month since I plan on undergoing a rigorous cardio workout this month. I clocked in at 303.6 lbs. I should be able to get to my goal of being under 300 lbs before the end of the year. I may even be able to get to the 270’s, which is something that I have been looking forward to for a while. But, to keep it realistic I only want to set a goal of 10 lbs of weight loss for December. If I lose more, then fine. If I lose less, well then dammit, I need to do better.
So, taking my 10 lb weight loss goal into consideration, I should be at 293.6 lbs on January 1st, 2008. The third of the 4 Big Holidays is coming up in a couple of weeks. That’s going to be a big test for me. Christmas dinners are usually very tasty.
Well, enough for tonight.
Peace and be safe.

Thanks, will do.
It’s not bad at all, considering you had other things to think about during that time. So keep up the motivation and you might very well reach your 10 lbs loss by the end of the year!
