Nutrisystem, Chicken Pasta Parmesan W/ Extra Veggies

I’m sitting down having my lunch when someone asks me, “Nutrisystem? How is it going?” This is one of the main reasons I don’t like eating in the break room. I don’t like people being all up in my foodness (did you see what I just did there? business + food = foodness).


I respond with a cold, “Good”. I’m not sure what they expect to hear when they ask that. Everyone has their own preconceived notion about what Nutrisystem is and how it tastes, so I keep it simple. I’ve also noticed that everyone knows someone or has a story about Nutrisystem to share, but I’ll save that for another day.


In life, I just go about my business. Doing what I need to do and moving on. I’m taking the same approach to this weight loss journey that Nutrisystem is helping me with. I eat the foods provided, add my own veggies & fruits, exercise, and repeat. It’s really that simple. I’ve read about the countless success stories by the thousands upon thousands of people that have been through the Nutrisystem meal plan. It’s got to work, right? I think so…

It’s working for me so far…

So yes, it’s another day. And another set of Nutrisystem meals…

    I guess they want to hear it from a “real” person to find out if it works or not and how good (or bad) it tastes. By the looks of the portion you pictures, you WOULD need to add more veggies to feel filled with the meal.
    Stick to it!

    Hey That looks good

    I could eat that and eat double that :) not that its good to do but food like that is to be enjoyed and then if you eat too much then a workout or active life will take care of the rest
