		<description>I just tried the 2 inch crunches also.  After about 500, I had to stop.  Joking, change that 500 to 5.  Great exercise.</description>

I just thought of an interesting challenge- this time no money at stake, only pride.  

Care to see who can push the biggest car?  Now I just need to see if anyone I know owns and Escalade or a semi. HA! 

BTW I will give those crunches a try.  I have to be honest though, my favorite ab exercises are hanging leg raises and prone leg lifts and thrusts.</description>
