It sure does hold people back, it can feel like a full time job to most people, especially if you’re not the greatest cook. I look forward to my meals now, and I’m surprised everyday with something new. BistoMD has been awesome, and I’ve lost 30 pounds in three months with them. So it’s safe to say that it works. I agree with what you’re saying about people not having time to cook or not wanting to cook what they should to be healthy. It’s a common problem and I really think it holds a lot of people back.

Hey Ken,

Well it’s a fairly new at home food delivery service, but I guarantee they will be competing with the big dogs, as a matter of fact they already are. These are the same guys that cooked for “The Biggest Loser” TV series. By the way I just learned that the new packaging with the names of the food is already being printed.
