		<description>One critique I've got man, I notice you roll your body on a hard press. Keep that back ARCHED, but flat on the bench. Either one side's stronger than the other and compensates by putting more force on that side, but maintain proper form! Keep that back flat on the bench, and you're good big man.</description>
