Some of my articles involve lifting and certain workouts that aren’t really specified for women. Ladies, I haven’t forgotten about you. Everyone wants to lose weight and feel good. I found another great website that focuses just on weight loss for women.

They are also offering a free weight loss program for women. All you have to do is fill in the form on this page with your weight, height, age, name, and email. Then you are all set. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Tips and Tricks

As a teaser dietbug offers just a few of their weight loss tips and tricks for free.

Tip #1 is to eat more pizza. Instead of ordering out, go shopping and get a few healthier frozen pizzas.

Tip #2 drink more water. Instead of drinking soda or alcohol with lunch or dinner, try water and lose weight.

Tip #3 snack more for fewer calories.

These tips are given out for free, however for more tips just have to sign-up for their free newsletter. I might even give it a try, might pick up a helpful tip that even I didn’t know.

    I think sometimes people hurt themselves more on their diets than help themselves simply because they deprive themselves of healthy nutrition and nutrients. Then they cave in and eat the worst food for your body. The best and most healthy thing one can do is eat right and not eat crap. Nutritional shakes are great because they include so much good stuff. Go to your drug store and see what you can find.

    I will recommend diet bug to my friends who wants to lose weight. I find your tips simple and easy to follow, you can lose weight without sacrificing your cravings. I have been using one of your tips “snack more for fewer calories”. Good luck and continue posting helpful article.

    sounds nice.. well When I was trying to lose weight I have about a range of 1300 calorie intake. However, now that i lost all my weight I maintain it by eating low fat longevity foods like salmon, almonds, red grapes, blueberries, garlic, spinach and whole grains. Got that advise from Christopher Guerriero, and it really works for me.

  9. This should be all common knowledge! If only there was less adverts on tv and everywhere else for bad food, and more for healthy and nutritioness food!
