		<description>I find that having the support of even just one other person is very helpful in a lifestyle or habit change.  I think the greatest benefit is having someone there who help you stay motivated.  It's easy to get off track when there is nobody to help keep you accountable.  As long as the person is positive, they can help you through times where you may not be maintaining your change, or are becoming discouraged.</description>
