I guess If you want to become fitter, it would take time and dedication on yourself. No matter how many weight loss pills you partake but then you are not putting efforts, it will be just a waste..

Thanks for bringing up that list of keywords that the FDA has warned about. I’ll admit I’ve fallen victims with descriptions like “exclusive” and “effortless.” Honestly our best bet is to exercise regularly and eat healthy but the “magic pill” is so appealing, no?

Alas, but you got me on this one! Even now, I’ve been calculating how long it would take to save up for a Bowflex Ab-Walker or whatever the hell it’s called, knowing damn well that even if I DO buy one and ditch my gym membership fees, I will probably use it twice and then designate it as my new coat-rack only a few weeks after getting it…
