Exercise Is Bad for You, Says Expert in Video Interview

In this ground breaking, earth shattering, myth busting, conventional wisdom destroying video interview I was fortunate enough to sit down with someone that has great insight into the health, fitness, and exercise world as we know it. The following is a video interview I conducted about two weeks ago. The most interesting comment is that she believes that exercise is indeed “bad for you.”

She did not have a lot of time to chat, but was able to answer some of my most important questions. Her answers were short, to the point, and in many ways insightful. I left this interview with a renewed sense of what exercise is. Let me know what you think about what she said. Does exercise make you sweaty? Tired? Is it good for you? Or is it bad?

What do you think? Were her arguments compelling enough to make you think exercise is bad for you?

  1. She seems to understand what exercise is. I’m curious why she doesn’t like it though. Still, she’s a cutie!

I think that might possibly be the cutest expert I’ve ever seen :)

Yeah, I’m sure she doesn’t like exercise — as she runs you ragged every day!!! lol

  3. ChantyNo Gravatar says:

Wow that could be true that exercise does not help you get thinner. I did a diet one time and did power walking every single night and I still stayed the same weight. The only thing it did was make me a tiny bit more fit.

  4. I lol’d. I totally agree with her.

  5. Very compelling argument. That’s me off the exercise for good ;-)

  6. lol…

If she wasn’t so cute, I’d have to complain about how spreading that attitude will make my job more difficult :D

  7. Ha! Reminds me of the Onion report “Flu Shots bad for your Health Says 4 year old boy”.

What a cutie! Kids really know how to tell it like it is :) Sometimes I wish I had just a fraction of the energy my kids have – they seem like they can go on endlessly.

Exercise is bad for you!!!! maybe smoking and excessive alcohol is the key to long and healthy life.

I agree with you on the smoking thing Israel. I used to run my butt off in the Army but no matter how hard I trianed, my friend who was a cronic smoker always seemed to beat me??? hmmm

What a cutie. I bet she has so much energy and is going all the time. Doesn’t even realize it is excercise.
