Are there any fatties at your office that remind you of this? There is usually a fat or out of shape person that doesn’t care one iota about what they consume or how they treat their bodies. I am guilty of having been that person for a bit, but not anymore.

LOL… yeah… i do have one at my office too….he is such a fat person..and brings 2 big lunch boxes at the office without caring for anyone..eats up whole of the lunch himself….and if anyone say him that why are you eating so much he doesn’t even care…and says Its just one life man…..do whatever you can!!! LOL
