		<description>Maybe you should consider yoga, it works very well to increase your stamina. Just start off slowly and work your way to harder and harder positions. Not only will it help your health it will also increase your flexibility.</description>

		<description>Well one must understand that Israel is an ex-athlete on the gridiron.  So his mettle is programmed for war. Besides weight lifting is an incredible fat burner. Israel just need to be strict in diet and lift twice a day. Combine that with daily aerobics and he will tighten up.</description>

		<description>Hi Jim, thanks for stopping by and commenting. Your advice is noted and appreciated. I am hard on myself because I have been down this path before and I have achieved it. I have always loved working out but havent been as motivated until recently. I have been lifting weights, cross training, and running/jogging for many years. One thing i did leanr a few years ago was that having the mindset to go out and do it is crucial. Psyching myself out is going to work for me, it may or may not work for others. Thanks again! 		<description>I have been reading a few of your posts and what has struck me is you are very hard on yourself. There is no way that I would even dream of telling you how to live your life.

Reading through your posts and your saying, &quot;inner warriorness.&quot; conveys to me that when it comes to working out, you are right about your headline. 

I get the impression, that you are using the wrong motivation for exercising, even the wrong exercises.

1) Exercising should be fun, you should enjoy exercising. It should not be something you dread.

2) There are lots of different exercises- from as simple as stretching, yoga, aerobics etc, etc.

3) I know all the &#039;men&#039; want to weight lift. Yes weight lifting is great, I agree. But if it seems like you have to lift weights instead of wanting to. You or anyone else are definitely in the wrong frame of mind. So maybe starting with something easier, simpler would be more wiser. Remember, learn to crawl before you can run.

4) Diet is the most important aspect of losing weight. No, I don&#039;t mean dieting as in starving yourself. What I do mean is if you eat a heavy meal such as big mac or whatever before exercising. Your digestive system is working overtime so you have less energy for your actual exercising.

I am sorry if I am sound like I am preaching, but I feel you need more focus in your life. Also yes you will find information and inspiration from other blogs. But when it comes down to it you have to decide what you want and actually do it!</description>
