		<description>If you are going to stick to exactly what you said AND have a correct eating, then I see absolutely NO REASON that your 10lbs weight loss goal wouldn't be achieved at the end of the month, it's only 3 weeks, but think about all the cardio that this represents! Stick to it, yes you'll loose muscle mass in the process, but you're getting it back in january and I'm curious just how much you could loose on such a cardio training program if you stick to it and eat 10-20% less of your current needed daily calories maintenance level.

Anyway, with only cardio to focus on, I'm sure you'll create a big momentum for starting 2008. I hope you have a TV in your room or a PDA with internet, because low intensity cardio can become very boring!</description>

		<description>Sounds like a great plan to me.  I a getting prepared for my son's wedding and I want to be in tip top shape.  I have started to go on daily walks with a goal of 10 thousand steps per day.  Eating only whole foods, lots of water and the correct amount of daily vitamins.</description>
