		<description>If you are going to stick to exactly what you said AND have a correct eating, then I see absolutely NO REASON that your 10lbs weight loss goal wouldn&#039;t be achieved at the end of the month, it&#039;s only 3 weeks, but think about all the cardio that this represents! Stick to it, yes you&#039;ll loose muscle mass in the process, but you&#039;re getting it back in january and I&#039;m curious just how much you could loose on such a cardio training program if you stick to it and eat 10-20% less of your current needed daily calories maintenance level.

Anyway, with only cardio to focus on, I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll create a big momentum for starting 2008. I hope you have a TV in your room or a PDA with internet, because low intensity cardio can become very boring!</description>

		<description>Sounds like a great plan to me.  I a getting prepared for my son&#039;s wedding and I want to be in tip top shape.  I have started to go on daily walks with a goal of 10 thousand steps per day.  Eating only whole foods, lots of water and the correct amount of daily vitamins.</description>
