Guess Who’s Back…In the Health Zone
I’m really feeling in the zone lately. That’s a good thing. Scratch that…it’s a GREAT thing. I feel good mentally and you can’t top that, not at this stage of things at least. I’ve been maintaining my workouts and mixing things up which should keep my body guessing. Eating wise, I have been a freaking rock star! Eating as healthy as I have ever eaten, but still indulging in food I love that tastes good.
So, I was on the treadmill zoning out to Eminem’s Guess Who’s Back, or is it Without Me, on my iPod. Those of you that know the song will get the video above, others won’t.
Nonetheless, guess who’s back…back again…Fat Mans back…tell a friend…I created a Monster!

Great job man. I have been trying to change things up a little too. I went snow skiing last night. THat was fun. I used to do it all the time but I got to fat to do it. Now that the weight is off I can do it again. Keep up the awesome work.
Jason, I feel great when I do different things. I have never been skiiing and was actually talking to my wife about that today.

Haha. Great video. I love Eminem because he can do both serious and comedy raps so well. I don’t think there’s many people who do a funny music video better than this guy. ‘My Name Is’ and ‘My Band’ (with D12) had me laughing for a long time after I saw them.
