		<description>Why won't you ever refer to what you eat?
You don't write don't what you eat, but do you know the proportions of nutriments you're getting in?
Can you say what pourcentage of portein, carbs and fat are you getting?

I don't see why you have a fixation on never writting down what you eat or plan in advance, if you could explain it in a new post it would be cool.

Nevertheless my recommandation works as well for workouts, but are you going to tell me that you never plan in advance your workouts and never will? How open minded is that?</description>

		<description>Just continue to enjoy the process, not beating yourself up for not being "perfect". You are not a robot (even robots break down). The fact that you are committed to getting in top health is worthy of celebration!!! As you learn to recondition  your mind in regards to what you eat, "know" that results will come and that you are always in control (even if you "slip")!! Know that you have people rooting for you!!!!</description>

It's possible and the key is seeing that you are mentally setting yourself up for defeat and saying, "Hey! I am not going to do that to myself!" Of course you think you don't need it, you know what you have to do and what you need to eat. OK so if you know it, it'll be a breeze to write it down for the week ahead, won't it? So do it. You just need one or two week of planning and you'll be back on track! Maybe you're afraid of being back on track..</description>
