Today I am feeling a bit better. Thanks to everyone who sent me emails and made comments. It means a lot and helped me realize that I need to get my act together.     We’ve all been where you are now. Sometimes it’s tough but just take it one day at a time. If you slip today you can make it up tomorrow. Just don’t let it become a habit.

    i think form time to time we all feel a bit down and things get on top of us but it useually passes when we have a bit sleep
