I’m Feeling a Little Less Depressed
Today I am feeling a bit better. Thanks to everyone who sent me emails and made comments. It means a lot and helped me realize that I need to get my act together. Although I feel better, I just wasn’t feeling like posting too much today, so I leave you guys with some fellow bloggers links from around the weight loss blogosphere. Peace out.

This is part of my life so its kind of hard to avoid it.
We’ve all been where you are now. Sometimes it’s tough but just take it one day at a time. If you slip today you can make it up tomorrow. Just don’t let it become a habit.
