30 Day Cleanse: Video of Day 1

I was contacted by someone I respect with the idea of cleansing my system to help with my some stubborn weight loss. Over the last month I have lost 6 lbs since getting back on track with my eating. After a month of doing some digging into the product, I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. I’ve got nothing to lose but weight right? The following video blog is goes over my first day on the 30 Day Cleanse.

I am looking forward to some great things. Day 1 and 2 of the cleanse is pretty simple: during Pre-cleanse I need to replace two meals with their IsaLean shakes and eat one sensible meal a day. So far today I am feeling pretty good. I followed the rules and am not the least bit hungry. The plan allows for you to snack or cheat if needed, but it’s best not to. Like I said, I haven’t been hungry all day. I don’t have a desire to binge or snack either. They also have this chocolate candy you can eat!!! Chocolate. That’s right. It’s called IsaDelight.

Search around and explore. Check out the ingredients and nutritional content of the products. I highly suggest that you watch the videos. There are some professional athletes and bodybuilders that swear by this stuff. Speaking of which, they have whey protein too. So, it’s not just for fatties like me. I would love for you to join me on this 30 day journey and see where it takes us. I know of some people that have had great results with the program, because they followed it correctly. If you do decide to take the leap, let me know so that we can work together as a team. Support is crucial during weight loss, I know that for a fact. Having this blog has already helped me lose a significant amount of weight and I think that adding the 30 day cleanse program to the mix will be even better.

There’s only one way to find out though! Have you tried it and had success? Failure? Let me know, I am extremely interested.

    Best of luck my friend.
I’ll be curious to see how it works for you.

  2. Good luck – pls post updates regarding this program

  3. So, 10 reps with 50 pounders on the military press eh? Ok, my new goal too. Well, to be honest, I haven’t actually even tried a seated DB military press but I’ll get to it. I do single arm DB presses while kneeling on a stability ball. I work core this way, while training shoulders. If you’re interested, use a single DB, get into a kneeling position on a stability ball, then press one side. After reps, switch the db to the other side while continuing to kneel, then press the opposite side. Great core workout along with shoulders.

During my first Isagenix program, I broke 3 personal bests in my lifts. Might be a placebo effect on your first day, but over the month, you’ll find that you crack more and more PB’s.

oh, and of course, the 23 pounds I dropped after 20 days. That was nice.

oh ya, and the inch of muscle I gained on my bicep in the first 20 days too. That was an added bonus.

Buddy, Isagenix is going to Rock Your World!

Hmmmm sounds good πŸ™‚ Maybe I’ll research this more and see if I like it. I did some in depth research on the colon cleanse type pills before and realized that many of those were just high fiber system cleanses — The type you can do from just eating a lot of fiber without paying for the “pills” — Either way, I’m curious to see how it goes Is.

Also, I’ve heard that some people can have upwards of 10-20 lbs. of dead meat in their intestines that has not past, meaning losing that excess will cause you to have the same body shape/size but drop 10-20 lbs of weight πŸ™‚

Not sure about these statistics, could be something interesting to write about!

      Best of luck!

I don’t know about the 10 to 20 lbs of dead meat in my intestines…This is definitely not a colon cleanse. If you are interested let me know.

Israel, I’m sooooo excited to see the awesome changes in your body after the month is up…it goes by fast. I have 3 days left of my first 30 day cleanse.

Day 3, the morning following my first “cleanse day”, excited me by showing me that 4 lbs and 11.5 inches had found a new place to live.

Day 10 found me missing 8 lbs and 24 inches, from my entire body…24 inches…I couldn’t believe what I was seeing that morning.

Now, as you know, you aren’t supposed to weigh/measure again until your program is over…Day 31
Well 20 days between progress reports was waaaayyy too fucking long for a curious girl, like me.
    I didn’t make it…I cheated. =)

I’ve lost 19 pounds, as of this past Friday.
If I told you that I carried that tape measure around in my pocket all day long…would you believe me? hahhaha
Those can wait until it’s time…let it eat at me for a bit longer. I’ll miss the anticipation, I imagine.

I believe that your results will be spectacular. I can’t wait to follow you along on this.

However, with all that said…I feel obligated to tell you that, you will also notice some unfamiliar side effects…after all Israel, you should always read the warning label.
Enhanced energy, sound sleep, confidence, and stronger focus are things you should keep your eyes up for.

Jesse, I believe you. Wait until I make my post later today about my success so far. Keyword: success. I just completed day 3 of my 30 day cleanse and feel great. I am going to be weighing in each Wednesday, so there’s that.

I hooked my best friend up with Isagenix and she is getting incredible results, as well. She has lost 7 pounds and 8 inches in a week.

It’s not only weight loss…your whole body seems to respond in a positive way. My skin tone has changed a considerable amount, it’s softer, more even, and I have fewer breakouts (except after cleanse days…obvious reasoning)

I’ll be checking up on your blog here to see your first few day results…Did I say I was excited for you yet?…

7 lbs? Awesome. One thing to make note of is that this isn’t a weight loss diet or program, it’s a cleansing program that happens to have a weight loss side effect. That is one of the major reasons I decided to give it a try.

    im on day 2.
i’ll check back here frequently, and see how we compare at the end.

I didn’t measure myself, but I this morning i was 215lbs and 32% body fat.

In 30 days, I’d like to loose 10 pounds, and about 4-6% body fat, so i’d like to be around 205-210 lbs, and about 26-28% body fat.

  7. I started the 30 day Isagenix program on July 8th and on the 30th day I was proud to say I had lost 15 pounds and 18 inches. Yes, there are benefits too! Better sleep, more energy and people are asking me what I am doing. The best thing, I get to eat small chocolates guilt free. I’m blogging my experiences..

These isaLean and isaDelight products sound very good the way that you describe them. Too bad that I missed the starting date or I would do it along with you.

Can the 30-day cleanse be done without taking the IsaFlush and the Natural Accelerator? I just have a hard time taking pills. Also, I don’t have a problem with regularity. I am also doing the P90X in conjunction with the cleanse, and I think my metabolism is pretty average.
