I don’t know about KFC chicken but I’ve heard that macnuggets are the worst thing on the macdonald’s menu. That surprised me cause I expected the chicken to be at least half less unhealthy then burgers.

Okay, now THAT…that looks like leftover effects stuff from the set of SLITHER. That’s all I can say. Oh, yeah, and NOW I remember why I don’t eat at KFC, Popeye’s or Church’s anymore. There has got to be AT LEAST 500 calories in that pile of crap. I’m just guessing, but I’m glad you didn’t eat it.

That is sick. My dad used to buy us that stuff all the time when I was little. I have to admit, I love the way the old dark BBQ flavor tasted. I don’t think they make it anymore.

That’s sick. I can’t stand KFC. I end up paying for a bucket of chicken that I only eat about 10% of. I’d rather go to the grocery store and get some skinless, boneless chix and cook it up with mad spice and some BBQ.

You’re right man. It is gross but tasty as hell.

I found a stat for a KFC drumstick with skin (231 calories) and then without the skin (162 calories), so you cut out 30% of the calories when you remove the skin. Website here: http://www.bitelog.com/diet-data-support-chicken-drumsticks I would probably assume that the ratio is similar to the thigh.

Just as a side note, I am writing this week about how I kicked my fast food habit. You can check it out here if you looked at that skin and thought it looked delicious.
