		<description>thanks for posting a comment. i have been planning on this for so long but now i am actually going to be doing it. i had to mentally prepare myself so many times. i am drinking tons of water and green tea, two birds with one stone. thanks for the camera idea, i had planned on taking photos but alway forget to have the camera with me at ALL times.

		<description>Just found your blog...congrats on getting serious about your weight loss and involving social peer group pressure!

I went from 168 pounds at 22% bodyfat to 147 pounds at 9% bodyfat in the last 14 months by doing martial arts...kickboxing, wrestling and jiu jitsu.

Dude, you can do it.  Drink 2 gallons of water a day, 5-6 small meals, and get moving.  Take a camera with you out into the world and shoot video of you walking for your blog.  It may take you a year or two to get to your goals, but by then your blog will have a tremendous value in the marketplace!
