Monthly Weight Loss Pictures: 320 Lbs

Well, it’s that time again. Time to post my monthly weight loss photos. This is a warning: The following is not a pretty site, if you are weak in the stomach then close out. NOW! I have been dreading taking these shots for a while, but I think it is a necessary evil.

Before I get to the pics, I want to touch on the subject of a weight loss contest that a certain someone by the name of Jesse challenged me to. It was about a month ago and the winner would be the one that lost the most weight all around. I think we all know who won. –>ME. But, seriously, I think we are both winners in this. She shed 7 lbs and lost a considerable amount of inches. I lost a total of 20 lbs and feel good with what’s to come. We both got closer to our goals and helped each other out in the process. You can see my updated stats on my Weight Loss Chart section.

So without further ado, here are the monthly pictures of the Fat Man Unleashed. Gulp. After seeing myself I realized how much farther I need to go, but I also realized that it’s one day at a time. I must say, I look way better with a shirt on. The stretch marks seem to be getting darker, which makes me angry.

You can compare them with my first fat pictures here. What do you think? Any progress? I don’t think so.

    20 pounds!!!

Holy fuck Israel, that’s amazing. You should be damn proud of yourself. Congratulations

I see a difference between your pictures for sure. Especially in your chest…and you are getting that nice curve on your waist back.

In total I have lost 30.5 pounds. it took me a while to notice the changes in myself, as I am just really noticing them now…

Hold tight to your photos, you’ll see it.

I feel like I feel a little short, if I hadnt hurt my ankle for that week I would have lost more, but hey, 20 is 20 right. You did great to. Your pics showed a lot of progress, unlike mine. Been 20 lbs, I think once I hit below 300 I will start seeing the effects more prominently. Right no am FEELING the effects which is in itself an awesome thing.

      Maybe next time LOSER!!!!!

      hehe.

oh I see how it is….

    hahhaha

I AM A LOSER….I lose weight, inches and body fat!!!

I feel like I fell a bit short as well….my body slowed itself down because I was undernourshing…I can’t help but wonder what my results would have been if I had payed closer attention to the details.

    And you’re right…20 is 20…it averages nicely to 5 pounds per week…

I’ll be stopping around here to see how you are doing and you know… to razz you a bit.

      Jessie,
We all won and lost…weight. LOL. The thing with me is I am not going to be paying so much attention to the fie details like you and Rob. I just cant live my life that way. For me its about getting my workout in and eating nourishing food. I cant be counting every little thing and making exercising a laborious task. I would lose interest real fast.

Anyway, heres to our continued success! Thx.

It’s a step in the right direction atleast! It’s not easy to lose weight, and its hard to keep at it months into the “campaign”

You’d actually look pretty good thinner, got a good face shape.

Good for you for posting these pictures, that takes balls. The payoff will come when you continue to have success and you start seeing the obvious changes. I don’t see any changes in mine either but I know eventually I will and then I’ll be glad I took the time to document it (although I really should be taking more angles like you are.)

    Great work, keep it up.

Awesome pics and *high fives* for your determination. For stretch marks – try some Palmer’s cocoa butter lotion. It has helped mine a lot. I finally made it under 200 this week! 🙂

20 lbs is really great progress. Own that, you’ve earned it.

The stretch marks should fade as you start thining out. I have a couple on my hip that you can barely notice now. It sucks though that they never go away.

Posting your progress pictures is very brave. But it shows that you are commited to losing weight.

Keep it up Israel, I look forward to watching your progress.

    Steve

Any change? Holy fuck man that’s awesome progress.

  11. Wow…you have put a lot of work into it and it’s showing. Use that to motivate yourself to keep going. You should be damn proud of yourself for making it this far…most people quit long before. Can’t wait to see future progress reports.

Way to go Israel I too have just started and man it’s hard but like the old saying goes we didn’t gain this overnight. Keep up the good work remember every 30 lost gains a 1/4 inch LOL. Take care my brother from another mother out here in sunny Hawaii. Johnny
