		<description>I&#039;ve recently started working out in the mornings. It&#039;s been two weeks, about three mornings during the week. Initially started off with 20 to 25 minutes of walking, then increased it to running. It has taken me years to get into this routine, but I think I&#039;ve finally conquered it. 

There&#039;s a treadmill in my basement. Literally I walk out of bed and head straight to my treadmill. I&#039;m rubbing my eyes and yawning as I start my workout. I must admit my days are more energized, and sometimes I find the need to even workout in the afternoons. This is a new habit I have no intentions of changing.</description>

		<description>I love to work out in the mornings!  I can&#039;t, won&#039;t do it at any other time.  I know afternoons and evenings works well for some. For me it working out at any other time builds too much energy and then I can&#039;t get to bed until very, very late.  So mornings work best for me.  I feel full of energy the rest of the day and wind down just as I need to later in the evening.</description>

		<description>For me it&#039;s pretty hard to get out of bed in the morning (I usually get like 6 hours of sleep) and I don&#039;t think that I will be able to spend an hour in the morning to work out, although in the past months I didn&#039;t do any sports - which is a bad thing, I know :(

If I&#039;d had that hour, I probably would sleep some more... 

But, I&#039;m willing to try it for about 5 min in my busy morning before going to work and see how it feels...

Anyway, keep it up man!

Two-a-days are great. Cardio in the morning, weights in the evening. I can only do it twice a week though. Otherwise I&#039;m bagged.</description>
