		<description>I won&#039;t rub it too much in your face.  It&#039;s funny, sometimes after missing a workout, you starting making excuses to not work out.  But after a great workout, you can&#039;t wait to go back in.  I can tell the extra rest from Heavy Duty is doing good things, but I&#039;m really wanting to get back into the gym before Monday :(</description>

		<description>Heh, speak of the devil.  I just did my chest / back workout last night under the program from Mentzer&#039;s Heavy Duty 2.  I&#039;m not sore, but I am weak as a kitten today.  I&#039;ve been going at it for 3 weeks now and I can&#039;t already see my muscles getting back into form and my strength shooting up.</description>
