If you're busy and don't have time for that, it can really help. I've never used it, but my neighbor did at one time and liked it. Unfortunately, the food is still pre-packaged frozen food that isn't ever going to taste any better than other pre-packaged frozen foods. It's not bad, but it's not a home cooked meal. For a busy mom (or dad), this may be part of the answer. I don't know what Nutri-System teaches about the physical fitness side of things. Do they even cover that?
