Sacrifice for Success

What up world!! Just recorded this short film after a really tough resistance workout, which explains why the camera is so shaky. This Monday morning I didn’t want to wake up, the alarm went off at 430am and I hit the snooze. I almost didn’t wake up, but then this thought went through my head, “Is sleep more important then your success?” So at 5am I jumped out of my bed ready to get in the gym and kill it!! I have a plan set forth to reach my success, and I have to stay obedient to the rules and regulations I set forth. To do so I must sacrifice many of my short term pleasures, and this can be painful. But pain brings forth change, so we must invite the pain, and by doing so we will experience ultimate long term pleasure in it’s purest form. So the point of today’s message is to be obedient to your plan, be ready to sacrifice your short term temporary pleasure, invite the pain the comes from your sacrifice, and you will have true pleasure. Thanks for watching, and stay tuned in we have a lot more coming!! We are still on a mission to put a, “Death to the Yo-Yo Life!!”

About the Author

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Frank Cruz. I am a former fat man who’s almost completely unleashed. I had an appetite that could not be satisfied. Four years ago I stepped on the scale, and was blown away when I saw the shocking number: 298. On January 1st, 2009 I decided to make a real change and I mean, mind, body, and soul. From that day forth I was on a mission to lose this weight. Something switched deep in my subconscious; I saw myself like a new man. That’s when the real change began, when my mind and soul won the battle over my body. Today I invite you to join me on a mission to transform your lives. This is truly a difficult task, but one that can be accomplished. I know how to do this; I have the road map to success!! Come and join me, and you too can be UNLEASHED.

Planning your workout the very first thing in the morning is a great way of keeping it a daily routine. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Frank:

Like you, I’m a man with weight problems since I can remember. The times when I lose weight are pictured in my mind as the golden years, but again and again the fat came back.
Now I’m in a good shape and I’m glad to find other people like you that won the battle. It never ends, congratulations
