A couple of times per year I will let my mustache come in for a week or two just to annoy my wife (usually when we are getting ready to visit her folks for extra laughs) but it looks horrible so I always shave the little that's there. I actually drive a 3 wheeled robin reliant, what does that tell you? On a more serious note, i relate to what you mention. I'm not fat but i do have undesirably curly hair.
