I really like the fact that you are giving Jimmy a job, I think it is a great idea, I hope you are going to encourage him to find well balanced meals that will help him lose weight and hopefully give him whatever he needs to get back on track i.e. lose weight, have a stabble job and stabble environment. Well done.
