I'm seeing a therapist (lots of past issues), attending Overeaters-Anonymous group (these people get me... almost every one of them has a similar life story to mine), I'm exercising (I personally love dance aerobics classes), and I'm reading everything I can get my hands on. I know my perspective is green. I've only been at this since the beginning of June, but I've lost 16 pounds, and feel like I'll finally have success at making the changes I need. I couldn't do it without OA and my therapist. I guess my advice would be to seek out a support network (in addition to the blogging community). You're strong, you can do it.
