		<description>I lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks trying the lemonade diet.
It's hard but the results are just amazing!
You should get 1/3 of it back once you come off of it.
Anyone else tried this?</description>

		<description>Israel you are doing great.  But six pounds a week is a lot.  And you'd have to do a whole heap of exercise.  Just be careful you don't overdo it and wind up in hospital.  Even at a rate of three pounds a week, you'll still only be six weeks away from your goal.</description>

2. Work the exercise into your daily routine. Exercise for its own sake is a chore. Exercise for a separate goal, like weeding the garden, is much easier.</description>
