Week 12, I Have a Crazy Story to Tell While On BistroMD

frank omgHello everyone, me again, Frank C. with Fat Man Unleashed. I have a new and crazy story of my mission with BistroMD. I thought about writing this for a while, but I didn’t know if I should. After long contemplation I decided I should be open and honest with you. On Sunday morning, October 31st 2010, Halloween day, I woke up with a strange feeling down below. As the day progressed that feeling began to turn into a pain. I finally decided to take a closer look and I sadly realized that I had gotten a Hemorrhoid.

If you don’t know what a hemorrhoid is, here is the link that can inform you http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemorrhoid. I rather not go into details so if you need them you can read for yourself. I never in my life have experienced a pain like this. You call me what you want, but this was just too much for me. I was out of work, on the couch, sitting on an ice pack, eating BistroMD, and studying for the Certified Personal Trainer exam all week. Glad to say I still lost two pounds this week, which I am sure is pure fat. That goes to show that a healthy diet alone will take the fat off.

I have to be honest and tell you I enjoyed the rest. It was almost like a vacation at home. I haven’t been able to sit and relax for so long. I was able to put my thoughts together, get caught up on work, studied a few chapters, ate nothing but BistroMD, and lost two pounds of fat. I read about home remedies for hemorrhoids, I noticed they advised to eat a healthy diet with high fiber. That is exactly what BistroMD provides for me, so here I am a week later, and I’m back to normal ready to get back into my regular workout.

In the past, if I had gotten something like this, I’m not sure if I would have healed so quickly. Because of my poor diet, I was the type of person who would get sick easily and stay sick for long periods. The majority of my past injuries took much time to heal. The fact that I healed so quickly proves that a healthy diet aids in sickness, disease, and even injuries. With my medication, my ice pack, my couch, and my BistroMD I healed in about five days.

Now that I am healed, I’m ready to get back in the field. I’m going to go harder than ever. The year 2011 is around the corner, and I am ready to make some different New Year’s Resolutions. How about you? No more I’m gonna lose this weight! It’ll be I’m gonna stay in shape, and put a “Death to the Yo-Yo Life” forever! Mark my words, by this time next year you’ll be looking at a new man!

First, let me say I can attest to faster recovery when you’re living a healthy lifestyle. I both got AND knocked out a cold in one day this weekend….and colds usually grab me for a week and change. I’m glad you’re back up and going – thanks for sharing.

SN: Looking at your weight loss chart, I started out at 270lbs too in mid August and I’m at 225lbs now. When you’re dedicated, it CAN happen fast AND be a true lifestyle change so you don’t “relapse”. Good work man!

I know the ‘roids are no fun….my brother just had to have his cut surgically. He got his from heavy alcohol use, so I advised him to slow down on the Captain Morgans. Anyway, keep up the good work!

  5. That’s amazing! I’m so sorry you had to go through that initial pain, though. Keep it up!
