Week Eight, Someone Stole My Whole Case of BistroMD!!

Week EightHello my weight loss warriors! It’s me again, Frank C. from Fat Man Unleashed with another update on the status of mission, “Death to the Yo-Yo Life.” This week has been quite a surprise. I have learned a few good lessons along the way. One is to keep a close eye on what is important to you, two sometimes things don’t happen as usual so we have to improvise, and three no matter what happens keep faith that things will work themselves out.

If you didn’t get what the title of the update means, let me explain. While on my way home this past week I was anticipating my next shipment from BistroMD but I was shocked upon arrival. The package that is normally waiting at my doorway was nowhere to be found. My heart dropped for a moment and then I thought, “Let me call the courier.” About 10 minutes later it finally sunk in, my food now belonged to someone else.

How could someone just take someones package right from their front door? What is wrong with people these days?! I noticed an old neighbor of mine was moving out that same day. I bet he was the one to take it! He probably threw it in the back of his truck!

We never did get along. I live on the floor above him and always bothered him in the morning with my loud exercise. He would bang on the ceiling, but I would just keep on working out. Sorry buddy, I’m on a mission here. I’m sure that he’s in his new house enjoying my food with his family. Well maybe he’ll want to try out BistroMD for himself, God knows he needs it.

So this week I was reminded of what it’s like to fight in this war alone. It isn’t easy. BistroMD sure takes a huge load off of my shoulders. One thing I noticed was I didn’t lose any weight this week. That says a lot.

They say you never know how precious water is until the well runs dry. Well I have learned to really appreciate what a blessing BistroMD truly is. I have been doing great the past two months, but I would be wrong to take the credit for it alone. I don’t know where I would be without BistroMD.

About the Author

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Frank Cruz. I am a former fat man who’s almost completely unleashed. I had an appetite that could not be satisfied. Four years ago I stepped on the scale, and was blown away when I saw the shocking number: 298. On January 1st, 2009 I decided to make a real change and I mean, mind, body, and soul. From that day forth I was on a mission to lose this weight. Something switched deep in my subconscious; I saw myself like a new man. That’s when the real change began, when my mind and soul won the battle over my body. Today I invite you to join me on a mission to transform your lives. This is truly a difficult task, but one that can be accomplished. I know how to do this; I have the road map to success!! Come and join me, and you too can be UNLEASHED.

Man that is crazy. I had my lunch stolen at work a few times, it even crazier when the person has the balls to put back the empty container back in your lunch bag.
You said you have not lost any weight this week and it seem like you are contribute this to not have your BistroMD. So this brings me to my question what is your long term goals, do you plan on staying on BistroMD for the rest of your life?

I know that it’s convenient, but I would think part of your plan to a Death to the Yo-Yo Life is understanding proper nutrition, how to prepare balanced and healthy meals.

Hahaha!! Funny, haven’t heard that one before. Someone actually put the empty container back in your lunch bag? Wow…

You are very right about your statement. Honestly I know exactly why I didn’t lose any weight this week, and it’s all because of not having the meals when I need it. I guess I got so spoiled with not needing to think about my food, that I forgot how much work was involved in dieting on your own.

I run two business, have a wife, and two kids. My wife works full time, and goes to school full time. Not to mention I am studying for the Certified Personal Trainer exam. I honestly don’t have the time to cook, and neither does my wife ugh…

BistroMD has a great maintenance system, where the slowly take you off their food once you’ve reached your goal. Each week you do your own day, and you add an extra day each week until you are completely on your own. So that’s how I plan on reaching my goal, and staying there.

But I did maintain the weight lost, I just didn’t see my normal 2-3 pound drop. No biggie I got my next shipment, and I’m back on it again. 🙂

That’s bogus. People these days just have no respect. If it was your neighbor that ripped you off, Karma will come back and get him. He, too, will lose something important to him. Hopefully, a lesson, then, he will learn.

Well, let’s pray he needed the food more than you did. In the end, you did fine although a bit disappointed. However, you were able to stay on course and show your true character.
