Week Five, I Feel Happy and Alive On BistroMD

Week Five PicIt’s me again, your humble and loyal warrior Frank C. from Fat Man Unleashed. I am still fighting strong to put a, “Death to the Yo-Yo Life” and I am on this mission with BistroMD. The war is between my old self, and my new self. I have faced some tough moments, and a few challenging obstacles along the way. For years the old Frankie has been in control, but this year the real Frank C. will win the war, and finally be unleashed.

The assignment I have been given can be difficult, and honestly at times, I am pushed past my limit. Nonetheless, I have learned to enjoy it all, I have found where the true source of happiness lies, and I found it deep inside of me. I have come to the realization that it maters not what our situation is, or our status, or anything external. There are those in third world countries, living under plastic houses, and yet they still manage to find happiness. On the flipside, billionaires in America are committing suicide. Does that make any sense too you?

It makes perfect sense to me. We as humans all want the same thing, happiness. We just have different ways of finding our happiness and what makes you happy may not make me happy. Through our lives we search desperately for happiness; meanwhile happiness was with us all along. I remember being a child, my family was poor, and I learned to play with whatever I could find. It didn’t mater what it was, I could be happy.

We go through so many challenging times in our lives, but never recognize the good in them. We focus so much on what is bringing us down, and completely ignore all the good in life. You are alive for a reason. You are here to contribute some kind of benefit to this world. To do that you must go through challenging times, only to be prepared to fulfill your purpose in life.

As I see life through these new eyes, I can find happiness in any situation. Life is short. We have no time to spend it angry. Let’s just smile, and enjoy the ride for the time we’re on it. I am blessed to have BistroMD with me on this long and hard mission. I am waiting happily, and patiently for the day this mission is complete. When that day arrives, then it’s on to the next one!!
P.S. I dropped 4.6 pounds this week, down to 240.4. Yeah Baby!!

About the Author

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Frank Cruz. I am a former fat man who’s almost completely unleashed. I had an appetite that could not be satisfied. Four years ago I stepped on the scale, and was blown away when I saw the shocking number: 298. On January 1st, 2009 I decided to make a real change and I mean, mind, body, and soul. From that day forth I was on a mission to lose this weight. Something switched deep in my subconscious; I saw myself like a new man. That’s when the real change began, when my mind and soul won the battle over my body. Today I invite you to join me on a mission to transform your lives. This is truly a difficult task, but one that can be accomplished. I know how to do this; I have the road map to success!! Come and join me, and you too can be UNLEASHED.

I am searching real hard for my happiness. I guess I’l start looking on the inside. Do you think having BistroMD help you has made you happier???

    • Frank C.No Gravatar says:

      Luisa,

Of course BistroMD has help me to be happier. Things on the outside can make us happy, but it’s only temporary. Once my contract is over, it may not make me happy since I will no longer experience my life with them any longer. True happiness is on the inside, and if you find it, you’ll never lose it. Thank you for reading, Be Blessed.
