		<description>Frank, that week I lost 10 lbs was not the first week back. I was actually back many weeks before that so that 10 lb loss was a welcomed fluke of nature....I haven&#039;t regained it as you can see by the 3 lb loss this week. I&#039;m looking forward to another loss next Monday. 

60 lbs is a lot, but when I think about it, I&#039;m about halfway there so it puts things in perspective for me. See ya later!</description>

First thing is, dropping 3.4lbs is awesome man!!! Anymore then that in a week you could be losing precious hard earned muscle. 

The week you lost 10lbs must have been your 1st week back on your diet and workout routine. Usually the 1st week people loose anywhere between 8-12lbs!! But a lot of that is just extra waste we carry around, and only 2-4lbs is actual fat. 

Also 60lbs is a lot to have lost man!!!!! That is nothing to take lightly, I was proud when I hit that goal. 

Last thing I wanted to tell you; YOU CAN’T CHANGE THE LAWS OF PHYSICS. So therefore you’re plan can’t backfire on you, only you can backfire on your plan. It’s all cause and effect; as long as you stay consistent you reap what you sow

Oh and I had a great workout and lunch too my man, hope to do it again soon. Be Blessed.</description>
