		<description>Brett attack the water! Cleanse the kidneys! Try for 12 glasses a day at first. Then work your way up to 18 to 22 a day. You will improve your skin and give your joints much needed lubrication.  Muscles love water as well.  I must admit you have to work your way up to that level of water consumption.  But embrace it and you'll never go back. Only draw back is that you became really acquainted with the restroom in the early stages. But as you see clearer urine you feel a sense of accomplishment. (HOPE THAT WASN'T TOO GROSS.) Best of luck Brett.</description>
