Weight Loss Video Diary – Week 2: Slow Start


Hey guys here’s week two. I had a slow start to the week. I didn’t eat right 100% of the time and my workouts weren’t amazing, but I did manage to do something and eat most of my Nutrisystem foods. So I need to improve on what I did, since I actually did something. It wasn’t a complete failure.

  1. It’s my first time on your site. I’ve RSS’d the feed, so I’ll be sure to follow along. Although I haven’t seen your workouts yet, I might suggest you include the following:

    1. Compound exercises
    2. Supersets.
    3. Intervals.

    I am convinced this is the best approach for weight loss.

    I have to say that Keeping a video diary will also help keep you on track with your weight loss plan. By checking in every week, you will be able to monitor your progress and make changes along the way.
