Weight Loss Video Diary – Week 1: The Start


Hey guys, I’m starting something new that I plan on sticking to this time. I don’t know why this time I feel like it will be different, but it does. I’m tired of the yo-yoing. So this will be a weekly weight loss video diary I plan on keeping. I’ll be covering my journey and struggles with food, Nutrisystem, exercise, daily choices, etc. I’ll do it every week and be consistent. That’s the key to my success: Consistency.

So here goes… this is week 1.

    Hi Israel – I know that you are doing the Nutrisystem plan and I’ll be keeping an observation on how it works for you. That said, have you ever tried a raw whole food organic diet like on the Raw for 30 Days documentary? It’s a big change at first but after about a week you start to feel great. After 30 days you start to introduce other food in like veggie meat, but some people really enjoy the raw food with a good recipe book.
