Weight Loss Video Diary – Week 5: Amazing

It’s week 5 and I feel amazing! That’s right. I had a great week. Last week carried over into this week and I managed to stay consistent. I ate my Nurtrisystem foods, veggies, fruits, protein and worked out like a beast. This week’s vid covers how I felt, some clarification on how long I’ve been on Nutrisystem, weight loss and the scale, and a couple of other things.

Thanks for watching!

I fill like me and u are peas in a pod. At my heaviest i weighed 346lbs. Im 5 ’10 and am currently at about 326. I started really tryn 2 buckle down 2 months ago 4 my wedding. But ive been” yoyoing” around 300 for years and im just tried of it. I happened on this sight by accident last year(i guess everything happens 4 a reason). And I saw ur pics and read ur story and was realy motivated by what u, Frank and Dr.KAL have been through…It fills like were all “brothers from a different mother”. Its Great 2 see some regular guys going though what ive been fighting with seem like all my life…I gonna start my jounrney with patience i know it tuck years for me 2 get this way so its gonna take time for me 2 reach my goal…And like u said, im gonna let the way i fill and my cloths determine where im at, not just the scale…Ill try 2 share some pics and maybe a video blog sometime in the future….hope 2 stay intuch thankx

    • Just take it one day at a time. One decision at a time. Make them little missions man. Then obliterate those tiny little missions each day and before you know it you will have won the war. This is a long process we have to go through, one that I think never ends for us. Please share your pics, journey and anything you feel will help you. Post stuff on our facebook page so that the entire community can support you. We’re here for you!

Yeah man, stay strong. Although you are fighting with your body, the real battle is in the mind. Baby steps…one meal at a time…before long, boom! The first and last bit to lose is the hardest, however once you get past the first part, the majority just melts off!

  3. Great video. What are your plans to watch your diet after Nutri-Systems? Any specific program?
