But feeling bitter taste, Unami taste, the latter you taste from certain amino acids (glutamate, aspartate and related compounds) both tastes are caused by raised Ca2+ in you mouth. That's what causing the weired taste. What you can do is try to find a mouth wash with chemicals that would join the Ca2+ removing the tongue buds of registering the "taste". Try buying some with sulphuric solution that should do it. But I think that what you experience is the taste of creatine, creatine tastes very bitter, I personally have to rinse my mouth 3-4 times before I get rid of the damn taste after consuming it, small particles always stuck between the teeth, under the tongue and on it, making you still feel the damn taste.
