A Little Surprise is Coming

I have a little surprise coming that has been in the works for a very long time. I’m hoping to post about it later this week, but I was so giddy about it that I figured I’d tease it for now.

  1. Look forward to the surprise, I love surprises. I’m doing alright on the weight loss side, lost over 30 pounds so far this year. It’s reducing my body fat percentage that I’m finding a little more difficult.
I just need to keep motivated and keep to my plan and success will be guaranteed.

  2. Hmmm now you have me wondering!

Doing good this week. Lost 1 lb to make a total of 5 in 3 weeks. Not too shabby.

Nice! Well as for me, I’m doing a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises; as for strength training, I’m doing interval training, and for cardiovascular, I’m doing aerobic and anaerobic. So far, I have been losing roughly a pound a week and up to 10 lbs so far. I also measured my waist and have been losing 1/5 to 1/4 of an inch every week! So far so good!

  4. Im doing a one hour cardio session each day and lifting weights 3 times per week I train 4 set on each exercise in the 4 – 7 rep range. At first I was lifting in the 10 – 12 rep range, low reps high weight is definately the best way to burn fat I was misinformed that you do high reps to tone up.
For those who are interested you can find my diet and workout plan on my blog.
