KFC Chicken is Gross. Period.
That’s right. KFC Chicken is gross. Well, to be more specific, the breaded skin is gross. Take a look at the video I made above after helping my brother move. The side salad was fresh, but the chicken skin was outrageous. I peeled the breaded skin from a breast and drumstick and all that excess crap was the result. Take a guess at the amount of calories it contains. I don’t know myself, but I bet one of you experts out there does.

You’re right man. It is gross but tasty as hell.
I found a stat for a KFC drumstick with skin (231 calories) and then without the skin (162 calories), so you cut out 30% of the calories when you remove the skin. Website here: http://www.bitelog.com/diet-data-support-chicken-drumsticks I would probably assume that the ratio is similar to the thigh.

That’s sick. I can’t stand KFC. I end up paying for a bucket of chicken that I only eat about 10% of. I’d rather go to the grocery store and get some skinless, boneless chix and cook it up with mad spice and some BBQ.
Dude! I will never go back to KFC. Is there any chicken in that pile of grease and crumbs?
If by chicken you mean grease and crumbs, then yes. Otherwise… no.
That is sick. My dad used to buy us that stuff all the time when I was little. I have to admit, I love the way the old dark BBQ flavor tasted. I don’t think they make it anymore.

Oh man – these pictures had what I presume to be the intended effect on me. Now I’m really sick. Well, can I still eat the cole slaw? Also, bring back the spork!

Okay, now THAT…that looks like leftover effects stuff from the set of SLITHER. That’s all I can say. Oh, yeah, and NOW I remember why I don’t eat at KFC, Popeye’s or Church’s anymore. There has got to be AT LEAST 500 calories in that pile of crap. I’m just guessing, but I’m glad you didn’t eat it.

I don’t know about KFC chicken but I’ve heard that macnuggets are the worst thing on the macdonald’s menu. That surprised me cause I expected the chicken to be at least half less unhealthy then burgers.
I heard that once too. I think that’s why Mickey D’s made that push a while back to have different chicken.
You pay for what you get!!! You can only imagine how food that is ready to be served in a minute tastes lol Keep up the good work…keep the posts coming!!!

They use the lowest quality chicken that is legal and the gravy is just powered chicken flavor, water and corn starch. I got a copy cat recipe for KFC and make my own chicken now, without the skin.
