Weight Loss Video Diary – Week 3: End the Lazy

Hey guys here’s week three. I had a great week this time! I ate right, I exercised and I felt good as a result of it. I tried to focus on ending the laziness in my life, in tiny steps. It was successful for me. I’m hoping to keep up this great feeling and ride it into next week.

I made sure to eat my Nutrisystem foods, along with fruits and vegetables. I got my workouts in and feel amazing. I feel like I accomplished some daunting task that was so far out of reach. Baby steps man, baby steps. That’s what it’s going to take. I also focused on eliminating laziness from my life. That worked out really good.

It’s hard not be lazy because sitting around doing nothing takes no effort, but not being lazy produces more and leaves you feeling that buzz. Picture the changes in your body and less stress as you accomplish more by doing instead of lazing around.

I have to quit using sports as an excuse to “fall off the wagon” eating and that extra cocktail or three..
