Lukas’ Secret Smoothie Recipe
Hello folks! Need a kick? Feeling lackluster? So let’s do it!
It’s time to boost your vitamin C levels..goodbye sloth hello road runner!
I call this dandy “The Courageous Cranberry Juice”
This will serve two.
WHAT YOU USE
1 and1/3 cups of cranberry juice
1/3 cup of orange juice
1 cup fresh raspberries
1tbsp lemon juice
HOW YOU MAKE IT
First pour cranberry & orange juice into food processor and gently mix until they become one. Then add raspberries and lemon juice and process until all is smooth. Next…pour and enjoy the fruits of life and get energized! Don’t worry you’ve earned it,..right? Of course you’ve been working out hard like Lukas as told you. This is a great drink to break out the sluggish mode!
P.S. –MAKE IT PRETTY!
Add ice cubes
And the finishing touch…Slices and spirals of orange and lemon to decorate! Awesome now we talking beautiful people!
