Things To Avoid

1. ALL FAST FOOD JOINTS. YOU KNOW THE TYPE, McDONALDS, BURGER KING, WENDYS, TACO BELL…ETC. TOO MANY CALORIES, TOO MUCH LARD AND TOO MUCH BREAD. NOT A WINNING COMBINATION.

2. NO BUFFETS FOLKS!! WE DON’T NEED LIMITLESS PORTIONS IN OUR ENDEAVOUR TO BECOME FIT. BESIDES DO YOU REALLY KNOW HOW LONG THAT FOOD WAS SITTING? IS IT FRESH OR BACTERIA LADEN..FEELING LUCKY?…YUCK!!

3. AVOID PASTA. COMPLEX CARBS & WEIGHT LOSS NOT IN SYNC FRIENDS.

4. AVOID WHITE BREAD AND WHITE RICE. THESE FOODS ARE FILLED WITH DOUGH AND DYE RESPECTIVELY. YOU DON’T NEED CARBS OF THIS TYPE. WE NEED SIMPLE CARBS , QUICK TO BURN!

5. DON’T USE SUGAR. SUPPLANT SUGAR USE WITH HALF A TEASPOON OF HONEY OR TAKE A BITE OF FRUIT TO CURE THAT SWEET TOOTH.

6. AVOID THE COUCH. DO ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES MOVEMENT EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO START OFF SLOW. NEED A SUGGESTION? CLEAN THE HOUSE, MOP, ORGANIZE THE GARAGE, WASH THE DISHES BY HAND REALLY FAST OR EVEN MOW THE LAWN ..WITH A PUSH MOWER!!

7. RUN AWAY FROM NEGATIVE PEOPLE. STAY POSITIVE YOU CAN DO THIS. DON’T BOG YOURSELF DOWN WITH NAYSAYERS.

8. DON’T EAT CANDY, SWEETS, POTATO CHIPS OR SNACKS.

9. SODA, KNOWN TO THIN OUT BONES AND EXPAND WAIST LINES. AN ENEMY TO WEIGHT LOSS AND HEALTH OF THE WORST KIND.

10. THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX! HAVE KIDS? GO BONKERS WITH THEM! RACE THEM, HAVE A DANCE COMPETITION, OR EVEN A POTATO SACK RACE FOLLOWED BY A SWIM RACE IN THE POOL. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS JUST KEEP THE JOURNEY FUN.
