This is where I will be keeping track of my weight loss progress. Being a visual person by nature, I like graphs and charts. Below is how I have been performing weight wise from week to week. I officially began my weight loss journey on May 28th, 2007 weighing 348 lbs.

Here are some of my starting stats as of August 27th, 2007:

Height: 6′ 1″, Weight: 340 lb, Waist: 52″, Thighs: 31″, Bodyfat: 26.5%, Calves: 19″, Chest: 52.2″, Forearms: 14.5″, Arms: 20″, Shoulders: 57″, Hips: 55″, Neck: 17.5″

As of September 12th, 2007 I weigh 328 lbs.

October 5, 2007 Update:

Height: 6′ 1″, Weight: 320 lb, Waist: 46″, Thighs: 33″, Bodyfat: 20.5%, Calves: 19.5″, Chest: 51″, Forearms: 14.25″, Arms: 18″, Shoulders: 55.5″, Hips: 56.5″, Neck: 17″
