This is where I will be keeping track of my weight loss progress. Being a visual person by nature, I like graphs and charts. Below is how I have been performing weight wise from week to week. I officially began my weight loss journey on May 28th, 2007 weighing 348 lbs.
I currently weigh 284.8 lbs, having lost a total of 63.2 lbs so far.
Here are some of my starting stats as of August 27th, 2007:
Height: 6′ 1″, Weight: 340 lb, Waist: 52″, Thighs: 31″, Bodyfat: 26.5%, Calves: 19″, Chest: 52.2″, Forearms: 14.5″, Arms: 20″, Shoulders: 57″, Hips: 55″, Neck: 17.5″
Update: As you can see on the scale above, I have slipped up twice already on my journey. As of January 1st, 2009 I have dedicated myself to losing the weight and will be updating weekly on my progress, you can follow my weekly weight loss and help keep me in check. For that, I will be forever indebted to you!!!
