A Little Surprise is Coming
I have a little surprise coming that has been in the works for a very long time. I’m hoping to post about it later this week, but I was so giddy about it that I figured I’d tease it for now.
For now, just keep on plugging away at your fitness and weight loss goals. Let me know how you’re doing in the comments.

Look forward to the surprise, I love surprises. I’m doing alright on the weight loss side, lost over 30 pounds so far this year. It’s reducing my body fat percentage that I’m finding a little more difficult.
I just need to keep motivated and keep to my plan and success will be guaranteed.
What kind of workouts are you doing?
Hmmm now you have me wondering!
Doing good this week. Lost 1 lb to make a total of 5 in 3 weeks. Not too shabby.
Keep at it!
Nice! Well as for me, I’m doing a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises; as for strength training, I’m doing interval training, and for cardiovascular, I’m doing aerobic and anaerobic. So far, I have been losing roughly a pound a week and up to 10 lbs so far. I also measured my waist and have been losing 1/5 to 1/4 of an inch every week! So far so good!
nice!
Im doing a one hour cardio session each day and lifting weights 3 times per week I train 4 set on each exercise in the 4 – 7 rep range. At first I was lifting in the 10 – 12 rep range, low reps high weight is definately the best way to burn fat I was misinformed that you do high reps to tone up.
For those who are interested you can find my diet and workout plan on my blog.
As long as its working for you!
Doing the power 90 workout right now. 6 days a week and lots of aerobic with strength thrown in.
I’ve always wanted to try that. Will probably pick it up on craigslist soon. Do you like it?
Not bad so far Israel. Just 3 weeks in and two more months to go, but I feel that I’m getting a workout. Remember this is the one that is before you do the P90X.
me to wondering the surprise here..
I hope it’s another contest! Although I never win anything in thos kinda events it’s always nice to try – maybe this time I’ll be successful..
Hey…you never know.
